Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Way

The Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Way in Pontevedra, Galicia, is a late Baroque chapel with Neoclassical features, built in 1778. Its scallop-shaped floor plan symbolizes the Portuguese Way of St. James. It is a historical-artistic monument and a Site of Cultural Interest, dedicated to the Pilgrim Virgin, patron saint of the province.
