Ávila Cathedral
Avila
The Cathedral of Ávila is located in Ávila, the highest provincial capital in Spain, a city with Roman, Visigothic, and Muslim history. Reconquered in the 11th century, it flourished in the 16th century. It is part of the medieval historic center, declared a World Heritage Site in 1985, and its tower is integrated into the city walls.
