The Silk Exchange (Lonja de la Seda) in Valencia is a masterpiece of Valencian Gothic architecture, declared a National Monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located in the Plaza del Mercado (Market Square), it was built in the 15th century by Francesc Baldomar, Joan Ivarra, and Pere Compte.
