Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, a small village in the Vallès region that lived mainly from agriculture and livestock, blessed its horses and mules with a short procession through the streets, toasting with mistela and ending the day with a lively dance. They always showed deep respect and appreciation for the animals that helped them have a better life.
