Really don't like false advertising! If it says free at the app store then you have to get a trial subscription to hear anything, its NOT FREE!

Music selection is extremely limited. Tidal quality is about the same as Apple Music, on a reveling system. The Tidal Customer Service is slow and unhelpful. Check out Quobuz as an alternative.

I was somehow signed up for tidal using an alternative Apple login and my credit card was charged $19.99 for this service when I don’t use it. I signed up for tidal years ago to watch Beyoncé’s lemonade but never used the service after that. I’m not sure how I was automatically signed up years later but it’s super alarming. And they refused to refund the charge, stating that the trial period had ended—but I didn’t sign up for a trial period. Super lame.

Tidal still doesn’t have lyrics added, which is a huge disappointment. That’s the main thing that kept me with Apple Music for so long. However, it’s a very streamline service, has the latest music and has a great variety of music which seems to go deeper than what Apple Music provided. Would also like for mix tapes or older works from artist to be on Tidal. That’d be game changing to me! Overall though, Tidal is great!
