  • Annoying ads

    By Sueblack
I enjoy the game. I understand the need for ads, but the 4 part ads that require me to click continue almost make me not want to open the game. Then, about once a week on the 4 part ad, I click all the way through only to have it shut the game now and not give me a reward. And that reward is then lost. I don’t mind ads, I just want single ads.

It is hard to advance without purchasing coins for many of the hard levels. Love the graphics. Keeps my interest😏

  • Fun

I love this game. It’s a fun game and you get to make the garden so beautiful. The only problem I have is that most of the coins we earn go into a safe to purchase later.

I do enjoy the game. Love the variety and types of challenges. Need more mystery in the gardens. Maybe a second pet? Got the second pet! Continue to love playing! Would like more mystery or a real treasure find! Thank you for days of entertainment!

  • Good game but...

Some of these levels, like 118 are too hard. I have been trying for days to beat this level. I don’t feel like I should need to buy coins to beat it. I am ready to scrap the entire game & move on. Shouldn’t be like work to play this game. I play to relax.
  • Fun Game

The game is fun. I have been playing this game since 6 months ago. However, it’s getting hard and doesn’t make sense. You barely pass the level without losing your live. Maybe once or twice you pass the level, then, you’ll lose. Especially the “Hard” level. You need yo play at least 25 attempts or more to pass the level. Sometimes it applies in normal level as well.
  • All the complaints in the reviews are true

This game has the potential to be something I'd play forever, however as you progress the game becomes irritating for these reasons: - The tasks become more and more tedious with very little focus on designing the garden. However, as you progress there is no opportunity to gain more than one star at a time. One star each level means you can only complete one useless task at a time. - If you are winning too many levels at once, the game sneakily starts dropping items that you don't need, forcing you to lose unless you're willing to cough up actual money to either pay for 5 more moves or power boosters. No, I'm not imagining it, I've been noticing this for a while. - There are too many challenges going on at once, and its fun at first when you're breezing through levels but once you hit that dreadful mark where the levels intentionally become impossible to beat, its infuriating to have to repeatedly hit start over because "Austin" keeps suggesting you spend actual money for a mere 5 more moves. - The ads that I see everywhere for this game, it actually pisses me off because I know its false advertisement so it makes me less inclined to support the game developers. I know that there must be so many people excited to play the game in the ads to find out that the game is actually a matching game. Such a beautiful game and concept, but overtime it grows stale and frustrating for these reasons above. The game developers apologize in the reviews but don't ever fix these issues because its all a cash-grab.

Gardenscapes is a blast to pay. Things that would be helpful if added would be: 1) Preview of game field, so you decide what, if any, power ups are needed. 2) If I have power ups left over at the end of the round I would like the choice of getting coins for them or keeping them to use on another round. 3) Being able to get hint/clue on beating levels. Like charging 2 coins for a hint/ clue.
